Smartphones mit OLED-Display

Fast schon ein Tablet: Das 14,7 cm hohe Galaxy Note von Samsung hat ein 5,3-Zoll-AMOLED-Display mit einer Auflösung von 800 x 1280 Pixeln. Größere OLED-Displays für mobile Geräte dürfte es derzeit kaum geben.
