With the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the EU is defining a minimum level of cyber security for all networked products - and the directive is already in force. But how do I ensure that my products are CRA-compliant? The Markt&Technik CRA Summit on October 16 in Munich will provide answers.
The Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)covers all products sold in the EU that contain “digital elements”. This includes the entire range of embedded systems - from consumer electronics and household appliances to complex high-end industrial systems - if they can be connected to a network or even just to another device.
The CRA directive has been effective since the end of 2024 and must be implemented in several steps by the end of 2027 at the latest. Developers of embedded systems, but also project managers and product managers, are therefore asking themselves: How do I go about ensuring that my products meet the CRA requirements?
This is where the Cyber Resilience Act Summit, organized by the specialist publication Markt&Technik on 16 October in Munich, gives important support. It will provide comprehensive information on CRA and show which strategies can be used to make embedded systems of varying complexity “CRA-proof”.
Do you have expertise in the field of CRA? Does your company offer hardware or software solutions with which CRA conformity can be easily achieved? Are you active in the field of certification or conformity assessment? Then we would be delighted if you contribute to the program of the Cyber Resilience Act Summit with a presentation.
