Gerhard Edi retires from Congatec management board
As one of the founders of Congatec, Gerhard Edi has had a decisive influence on the company from the very beginning. He had a significant impact on the definition and development of the Computer-on-Module business and its standardization. He is now retiring from the management board.
According to Congatec, Mr. Edi is leaving the management for personal reasons in best agreement with shareholders, advisory board and the remaining management. He will remain closely associated with the company and will support the management in strategic issues. Edi will also retain his position as a shareholder of the Congatec Group. Regarding to Congatec, the company regrets Mr. Edi's departure from the management of the Congatec Group and wishes him all the best for the future on behalf of the staff.
