OnLogic, a manufacturer of industrial computers, showcased the Factor 202 at electronica 2022, which is powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 and designed for industrial data processing, edge and IoT applications.
The »Factor 202« is an industrial controller powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4. Integrated digital I/O (DIO) and analog inputs as well as an available capacitive touchscreen offer connectivity and control options for numerous applications in the fields of IoT, edge computing as well as automation.
The device is compact, passively cooled and intended for use as an industrial gateway, automation controller or edge computer. In addition to the Raspberry Pi CM4, the system features an operating temperature range of -20 to +60 °C, options for DIN rail or wall mounting, and a power supply of 8 to 24 V. The integrated digital I/Os as well as additional analog inputs enable the connection of a wide range of devices. An available 2.7" capacitive touch screen can be used for status updates and system control. The device can also be powered via an Ethernet cable with PoE Power Delivery (PoE-PD).
OnLogic's custom carrier board provides the Factor 202 with connectivity and expansion options. Multiple memory and storage options allow users to customize the device to meet the specific needs of their project.
