Toptica Photonics Becomes a European Company
Effective July 18, 2025 Laser system expert Toptica Photonics AG has changed its legal form to a European Company. Toptica Photonics SE remains legally and economically identical to Toptica Photonics AG. The conversion has no impact on the ongoing business activities.
All contracts (business transactions, non-disclosure agreements, framework agreements, etc.) concluded under the legal form "AG" remain fully valid under Toptica Photonics SE. The company’s VAT identification number, bank details, and contact persons remain unchanged. The registered office also continues to be located at the familiar address in Gräfelfing near Munich.
This change reflects the international structure of the Toptica Group, both corporately and in terms of its employees. With subsidiaries in the USA, France, Japan, and China, and operations in over 100 countries worldwide, Toptica Photonics SE is well positioned to continue pioneering innovations in laser technology and strengthening its competitive position in the global market.
