Seco integrates Clea platform into Google Cloud

At embedded world in Nuremberg, Seco presents its extensive product portfolio. Among them is also the software platform »Clea«, which complements Seco's hardware offering. In the future, Clea will also be available on Google Cloud.

At embedded world 2023, Seco will present the integration of its software platform »Clea« with Google Cloud for European users. Google Cloud users can adapt Clea to process their field data. With Google Cloud's artificial intelligence (AI) services natively integrated with Clea, it is possible to collect data and insights by leveraging additional information from all of the company's data sources as well as field devices.

The open source nature of the platform enables developers in the Seco and Google Cloud ecosystem to build artificial intelligence applications for IoT. Clea provides developers with a standardized framework to accelerate time-to-market for their products and services. Going forward, Clea will also be available on Google's Cloud Marketplace. Further, the companies announced they will help developers implement Clea on Google Cloud. In addition, Camozzi Group, one of Seco's major shareholders, announced it will transform its data analytics infrastructure with services offered by Clea and Google Cloud.
