Selected Phytec Development Kits are now available through DigiKey as an additional sales channel. This makes it quick and easy for customers to order through the electronics distributor.
Products listed at DigiKey include phyCORE Kits with NXP i.MX 8M Plus and i.MX 8M Mini processors, Texas Instruments AM64x and AM62x, as well as development kits for embedded vision and industrial communication.
In addition to the System on Modules and carrier boards, the kits include all components needed for setup, such as cables, drivers, and a quickstart guide. Combined with the Phytec commissioning guarantee, they enable a quick and easy start to development.
With availability through DigiKey, customers can order the Development Kits directly through the online store of one of the market-leading distributors, using standard ordering and approval processes. This gives them fast access to the proven Development Kits for prototyping.
Ralf Orschau, Head of Sales at Phytec, comments on the distribution via DigiKey: "With our Development Kits now available through DigiKey, we reach customers where they already look for hardware. They can order our kits directly online, using their standard procurement processes. At the same time, this additional sales channel allows us to expand our visibility and reach in the embedded market, particularly in the early project phase. The Phytec commissioning guarantee and all other services remain the same as when purchasing directly from us."
Phytec develops and manufactures embedded System on Modules, processor boards, and complete systems for industrial series production in Mainz. In addition, the company, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, offers comprehensive services - from the development of custom hardware and software to design-in support and services for security, update, and device management.
