New development manager introduced
Hema electronic in Aalen is strengthening its team: Since the beginning of the year, Dr. Tony Albrecht has been responsible for hardware and software as head of development. With him, two additional developers were hired.
Dr. Tony Albrecht holds a degree in physics and a doctorate in electrical engineering. He most recently headed the development department of a manufacturer of camera systems and previously worked for Osram for around 23 years.
The strengthened development team will jointly develop and support customer projects, expand and improve hema electronic's modular embedded vision platform, and advance new products related to intelligent image processing for automation and vehicle systems. Managing Director Oliver Helzle, who led the development department on an interim basis, will focus on the strategic further development of hema.
The family-owned company celebrates its 45th anniversary this year and is an expert for electronics and applications around embedded vision, multi-signal processing, video data management and optronics. Well-known customers such as Bosch, Daimler, Hensoldt, Kuka and Siemens rely on electronics and applications from hema electronic.
