Luca Buscherini appointed Managing Director
Seco Northern Europe appoints Luca Buscherini as Managing Director of the Seco Group in Hamburg. Buscherini succeeds Dirk Finstel, who will remain with the company in a different position focusing on strategy development for the entire group.
The Seco group is taking the next step in its corporate development, strengthening its position as a leading provider of edge computing, IoT and artificial intelligence.
The new Managing Director, Luca Buscherini, has more than 25 years of experience in management roles with well-known international technology companies in the ICT, Telco and Power sectors. Buscherini's appointment is intended to accelerate the European business and bring the European Seco even closer together. A major strength is that Buscherini is a native Italian and has spent a large part of his career in Germany at leading technology groups. This will enable the German-Italian group to grow even closer together, despite the thousands of kilometres separating them.
Dirk Finstel will take on a leading role in the Seco group of companies and further develop the global growth of the entire group. During his time at Seco Northern Europe, Finstel was instrumental in driving innovations and initiating important steps to strengthen the Secos Group's position in the European market.
