“ 2020 can basically be described by three distinct scenarios: Firstly, in April some customers informed us, completely without warning, that they no longer needed anything.  On the other hand, viewed positively, there has rarely been a time when we have worked together so intensively with customers, employees and suppliers to manage a critical situation together. And then thirdly, we were approached by customers that had very short-term requirements to launch new product needed during the pandemic: In one case, for a social distancing warning system for people. Accordingly, the second half of the year went relatively well again. And then, last but not least – in December some customers informed us that they would need double the amount of products in the coming year, i.e. in 2021. „
