From zero to a hundred

“ For us, the 2020 pandemic began around the time of the Chinese New Year, although the market in China recovered within four weeks. And then in Q2/2020,we were hit just like everyone else, particularly in the automotive sector. However, we were able to compensate for this relatively well thanks to the diversity of the segments we serve. From mid-Q3, demand picked-up again noticeably. Fortunately, we finished 2020 at the same level as 2019. Another reason why we were able to achieve this very good result was the cooperation and flexibility of our employees. 

So far 2021 is showing a strong upwards trend. Our current order situation
is very good. In the 2021 half-year results, we recorded an increase of 20 percent compared to 2020. But, like everyone else, we are now struggling not only
with the availability of components but also with the availability of employees:
right now we have 300 unfilled vacancies; this is an issue
that will continue to concern us in the future.  „
