"With the new plant in the Suining Europe-America Industrial Park (EAIP) in Sichuan Province, the German manufacturer of touchscreens is breaking new ground," says founding manager Arne Weber. "The production facility enables us to no longer be just a supplier for more complex products, but to offer everything from a single source".

Xu Bin, Director of EAIP, and Luo Qinglun, President of Suining's People's Representation for Friendship Abroad, among others, took part in the official plant opening ceremony in Suining on May 10, 2019.

Specifically, the new plant, which has a total area of 6500 square meters, will primarily produce shopping trolleys with integrated touch screens. By the end of the year, the factory's initial 30 employees will have achieved a production volume of up to 1000 units per month in order to meet the first agreed orders. With the start of further projects, production is to be successively increased again from 2020.

The goal is to produce all housings and mechanical components at the plant by the end of the year. Advantages are the higher production flexibility, better quality control and price advantages due to the location in Suining.

According to faytech, the last ten years have seen an average growth of more than 50 percent per year. Even today, growth is still at a high level. Thus faytech will increase its turnover this year to over 30 million dollars compared to 2018 by almost a third; also for 2020 the company expects an acceleration of the turnover growth.
