Changes in the Management of NCTE AG
NCTE AG announces that Jürgen Uebbing has resigned from the Management Board by mutual agreement with effect from June 2, 2025 and is leaving the company.
Sebastian Müller, who has been a member of the Management Board as CFO since June 2024, will assume the role of sole member of the Management Board until further notice and will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the company.
Since taking office in 2020, Uebbing has successfully listed the company on the stock exchange, opened up new markets and promoted the topic of sustainability both within the company and in reporting. He has also provided important impetus for the internal culture, teamwork and the establishment of sustainable corporate structures geared towards sustainable growth.
