In June, the 20th embedded world took place in Nuremberg - finally in presence again. At the embedded world Conference, the participants were also happy about the personal exchange. The call for papers for ewC 2023 is now open.
Also live in Nuremberg from June 21-23 was the embedded world Conference with around 1,000 participants from 42 countries. In 196 talks, 10 classes, three keynote speeches and six expert panels, the participants were able to exchange ideas and gain further knowledge with top-class experts and colleagues.
Next year, embedded world 2023 will take place from March 14 to 16. NürnbergMesse and WEKA Fachmedien as conference organizers are already planning the extensive program. If the usual conference rooms in the East Exhibition Area had to be dispensed with this year for capacity reasons and moved to Hall 6, they may be occupied again as usual next year.
The embedded world Conference 2023 has the motto: »embedded.responsible.sustainable.« It picks up on the major trend of sustainability, which is also becoming increasingly prevalent in the field of embedded systems: This spans topics such as AI, hardware and software engineering, connectivity or 5G. Current challenges such as supply chain management or safety and security must also be re-evaluated in terms of sustainability. In addition, engineers must increasingly answer the responsibility for social and societal issues when designing an embedded system. For this, the conference program offers comprehensive presentations and exchange potential.
Interested speakers can submit their papers until October 07, 2022. There are 12 topics addressed in the Call for Papers:
The conference website provides detailed information on these topics. Creative concepts and "crazy ideas" with technical depth and/or discussion potential are also welcome. You can submit your presentation here until October.
