On March 30 and 31, 2022, the eighth Automotive Ethernet Congress will take place at the Science Congress Center Munich in Garching. Until October 7, you still have the opportunity to submit proposals for presentations and workshops.
One of the biggest challenges facing the automotive industry is the strategic shift away from its previous focus on hardware solutions toward a software-centric approach. The digitization of the automobile requires a radical rethink - both of development processes and of the entire vehicle architecture. The In-Vehicle Network (IVN) as a central element of such an architecture is directly affected by these changes.
When deciding on a particular network technology, new questions thus come to the fore: Does the selected transmission technology support the transformation of the E/E architecture from hardware-based to software-centric? Does it offer the necessary flexibility and self-learning capability to be able to implement new functions at a later date? With Automotive Ethernet, which supports service-oriented architectures, it does.
The eighth Automotive Ethernet Congress March 30 and 31, 2022 at the Science Congress Center Munich in Garching offers ideal opportunities to address this and other questions. Current and future technology and product developments will be the focus of the lecture program, the exhibition and the workshops.
To get involved in the program, you can submit your proposals for presentations and workshops now through October 7, 2021. Among others, we are looking forward to your expertise on the following topics:
The congress offers speakers and attendees alike the opportunity to share, discuss and adapt new ideas around the implementation and use of Ethernet in vehicles for their own projects.
Further information about the congress and the planned main topics can be found on the conference website.
