Cissoid is broadening its range of standard products with multiple new families of power modules. The expanded portfolio includes both Silicon Carbide (SiC) and IGBT technologies, available in industry-standard packages that deliver enhanced mechanical robustness and drop-in compatibility. AQG-324 Qualified 3-phase 750V 820A IGBT power module
The first product to be released in this expanded portfolio is a 750V, 820A IGBT power module, marking the start of a series of powerful new solutions.
