Wear detection for intelligent machines
anacision MACHINE HEALTH continuously calculates an AI-based health index for any component, machine or plant in near real-time. If the index drops, progressive wear and critical conditions are immediately detected and an alarm is triggered. Unplanned downtime can thus be prevented and maintenance measures can be optimally scheduled.
