Call for Papers started BatteryWorld – The New Conference on Batteries

On March 27 and 28, 2019 BatteryWorld will take place at the Science Congress Center in Garching near Munich. The Call for Papers runs until September 10, 2018 and focuses on the value and supply chain of batteries for the areas of electromobility, stationary storage and portable electronics.

All challenges from the sectors of electromobility, residential storage and portable electronics to the entire value and supply chain of rechargeable batteries will be discussed at BatteryWorld. This ranges from ensuring the supply of essential raw materials such as lithium, cell chemistry, cells and their production, the engineering of battery packs and the wide range of applications all the way to second life/use and recycling.

We cordially invite you to contribute a lecture, poster or workshop to the premiere event at the Science Congress Center in Garching near Munich (Germany). Details can be found at www.battery-world.de. Use your appearance to initiate fruitful discussions, help colleagues with your experiences and learn from others. The Call for Papers runs until September 10, 2018.

Attractive Social Program

In addition to the conference program, the participants are offered an extremely attractive social program. In the accompanying exhibition, companies from the entire spectrum of battery technology present products and innovations. We conclude the first evening with a gala dinner in the Allianz Arena. There you take a look behind the scenes, enter the playing field and the team cabin of FC Bayern Munich and get to know the unique energy storage concept of the stadium.

Alongside the lectures, you can also visit Germany's most powerful research reactor and ExZellTUM II, the research production line of the Excellence Centre for Battery Cells at the Technical University of Munich.

In parallel to BatteryWorld, the event Power Architectures – Products, Concepts and Solutions will take place. We cordially invite you to enrich also this conference with a lecture. Details can be found at www.forum-power-architectures.de.
